Diners in Springfield, Missouri search for a specific plate before they pick a restaurant. Rather than scrolling a list of venues, they want to know which place makes the best smoked brisket, the best chicken fried steak, or the best sweet tea. KitchenSpot, a product of Lumoras LLC, is built around that search: you type a dish name and the site returns restaurants that carry it, with each dish's rank in its city.
